Bereavement and Loss Resources

Bereavement and loss can have a huge impact on us as individuals and as family groups. Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something we love, but it can be hard to cope with the intense emotions it brings. Grief is a uniquely personal journey – its purpose is to enable us to integrate the loss we experience into our daily lives and take it forward with us into our future life. It is a survival response…it has a healthy purpose… Grief journeys can begin upon hearing or being given a terminal diagnosis or when faced with an unchangeable event.

Below is a collection of resources where help and support for grief can be sought.
