Older People’s Community Mental Health team serving West Dunbartonshire. Service supports people with mental health needs including memory problems and dementia.

This service cares for people with severe and enduring mental health needs including memory problems and dementia.

For a referral please contact your GP or a social work professional. The service is available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and on Friday 9-4.30pm.

Outwith those hours please contact the crisis team on 01389 812 070. Routine referrals will usually be seen in approximately 4-6 weeks.

• Assessment for a dementia or other brain disorders
• Assessment and treatment of mental health disorders
• Post-diagnostic support for a dementia
